So is there a date for sure in May? Ill go but need to request the days off from work. This will be the first "real" trail my Tundra will see. Also, would anyone want to ever go to Hollister? Or somewhere closer to me ?
I think the 21 and 22 but that is a Sunday and Monday? Id like to check out your truck though and would definately be willing to push it til after your vacation Thats just for me and I think it would be great if we could a decent sized group of us going.
Hey also June 6-11 is Four Wheeler Magazine Top Truck Challenge. Not a good tiem to go for personal but would be interesting to watch.
From past events, they usually close off the upper section of hollister for spectators. However, if they have changed their policy, I'd be down to go and watch the event.
actually the may trip i had planned was for the 13-14th. i had wanted to do a camping trip... back when it looked like we would not have a winter. now that the snow has been what it has... i dont think my destination looks as desireable.
i would be game for a hollister trip that same weekend. my truck is on the tale end of its tear down... so i should be close to back together before that weekend. i have a couple guys that would prob ably go that weekend also. im thinking some others from here may still be interested.

I'll be in Hawaii that weekend, so no go for me.
editmars - if you have more info on TTC, post it up. Because as far as I know TTC is closed to the public.
I will be there June 2 and 3.On the 2nd Im camping at the lower ranch to do some dirtbiking, the 3rd were going to check out some trails and get an idea for another day.
just checking to see if anyone is up for a trip. i think i try and plan this tuff to early... the weather wouldnt permit a camping trip. hollister was tossed around... wanted to see if anyone wanted to go. my buddy backed out. i have a bunch of work to do on my truck... but would make a day trip if people wanted to go.
if there isnt any interest... i will use the time to finish my projects.
need to try and get a weekend planned in june. i think i could swing 2 weekends even
have to finish the projects on the truck... not liking it much in the presant state

My weekends are rapidly evaporating. Either due to work or family commitments. I'll keep an eye on this thread and see what develops. I'll try to go to something!
A little later this summer (no dates yet) I would like to try some trails up north of I-80, above Truckee. One of my trail guide books has some great possibilities. This would definately be an "overnighter" type of trip.
