Hey Chris, I look forward to seeing the truck when all the new mods are complete!
Editmars, I also look forward to meeting you and having you along as part of our "regular" crew. We have a GREAT group of people for our outings. The challenge is finding a time to wheel together, as you have already seen.

I believe Ponsie and I have a wedding to go to on the 17th. I've been itching to go out camping/wheelin' also.
Allen said he'd have your rear pumpkin ready by thursday for me to pick-up. Then if you are available, we can install it thursday night. That way, you can also check out the gear for the ABS sensor and see how some of the teeth are rounded off at the corners.
I'd be in too, however I have a turbo swap(Audi) I'm working on, the 24 Hours of Lemans is on, AND I may not even have my truck as it's getting all items attended to for the 100K(which will happen today at lunch I believe!!!). But once my truck is done and I've got all the marriage stuff out of the way I'm looking forward to getting on some 4x4 drives.
Herbicidal...I saw you one day on Hwy 65 at Blue Oaks/Pleasant Grove a couple of weekends ago. I was in a buddies truck so I didn't want to honk and wave and you think "who the hell is that?" Nice Tundra!
keep an eye on this thread... trips come up faily often. i plan another one if i can figure out what the heck is going on with my overheating.... the latest thought from the shop is a cracked head?!?!?

Hey Chris, I was just wondering if you had resolved that problem, I guess not. Sorry to hear that.
Regarding an "outing", perhaps we need to do a Prairie City OHV day. I know there are several more members here in the Sacto area that might enjoy going there first to get their tires dirty, followed up later by a longer day trip somewhere. Especially if they have not gone wheelin' before. Toy_Tundra has an RCD lifted double cab, Prairie City would be a great first time out place for him to go and get a feel for what his truck can do. Also for Monomial as well. Plus I have a winch I need to try out, whose first?
I have another family camping trip coming up in about 3 weeks, so for me, a 4x4 day trip may need to be during August...or perhaps squeezed in there somewhere.

Thanks guys. However, I believe I know fairly well what my truck can do. I've done many difficult rated Moab trails so I'm ready for the good stuff
Excellent! Off to the Deer Valley trail! I have a leftover "bone to pick" with that trail anyways...grrrrr!

I just pulled up some info on that trail..looks fairly mombo in places. I’m definitely in. My sliders have only a few scratches and I don't believe my skids have more than glanced a rock. This trip may solve that problem.
