Do we need to leave early for a good spot? Does the SD clan want to convoy it up? I'm down for whatever departure time! Maybe I'll have my deavers and I may throw my PC Muds on for the trip. Wont be able to hear a damn thing on the freeway but oh well!

What do you guys think about a brush guard with Pia's and a winch on the front of the beast? Any recommendations. Got a fever of 108!

If you get lost finding this place I dont think you should ever leave the house! haha Its pretty simple 15 North exit Outlet Center Drive and turn right. The course is on your right cannot miss it. If you follow the paved road ahead and parallel to the freeway you end up in the little town there where the outlet center mall is and hotels and restaurants. That is the beauty of the Barstow course you are close to everything and dont need to pack much except for some water. I am pretty sure there will be people out there offroading and possibly testing their buggies/trucks/cars for upcoming races. If we do this I have a perfect meeting spot but we have plenty of time to set this up since its a month away.

I am in for sure and sounds like you are too. Thats 2 for sure for saturday the 22nd. I dont see this being more than a 1 day thing unless you guys really want to. Keep in mind this isnt like Ocotillo there are no camping areas or bathrooms outside of town. You can have plenty of fun within a few miles from the town though so nothing to worry about. This really isnt a place for tag along trails where you have a line of trucks just cruising a trail. This would be more of a free for all we can checkout the area and see who is out there and then make a decision who wants to do what. Keep in mind if we are on the course and there are people out there testing they will be coming fast and you will need to be aware of whats going on out there. Unlike OCO you dont have someone telling you to slow down the course is open game for racecars. Its not as bad as it sounds I just wanna make sure people that havent been out there are aware of whats going on around them.

Some of you are going to Glamis for NYE and I heard going to checkout that Plaster City Race. Well, the course in Barstow is much like the course you will see in Plaster City. Just so you can kinda have an idea of what to expect.
