I just closed my deal yesterday on my Camry Hybrid. Got $600 off MSRP but that was because I have bought a lot of cars from the dealer over the years.
I'm trying to find the vent shades for the 07 Camry, anyone found a good source.
The car is white with ash leather interior.
Thanks
Bob

Hey, first post. Just bought Jasper Pearl TCH 7/3/06. Got $250 off MSRP using internet coupon from www.buyatoyota.com website. At least the dealer honored it. So far I'm getting 32 to 35mpg. Enjoy most the completely silent take off.
I think you are looking for "vent Visor" type deflectors for the windows (if not, sorry for the confusion). Check weathertech, they have them available for the 07 Camry and their stuff is really nice.
Bill
You are correct, Vent Visors. Thanks for the info, placing my order now. Everywhere I checked said they were not available.
Lextarheel
Where on that site is the coupon. My wife now wants one and I could use such a coupon.
I run 40 psi in my tires and my current computer average is 39.1 mpg. I have 215 miles on this tank.
Love the car but that radio/AC blue light could be less bright. I have adjusted my level down as much as I can without causing the speedo to be too low to help reduce the brightness on the radio/AC.

Glad I could help. I had Weathertech visors on my Matrix and they were great...they go on different than the vent visor brand...no tape!!
I also bought a set for my 07 Camry SE, they are at the house...now if they could just find my car and get it on the truck so I'd have something to put them on.....

I just took delivery of 07 Camry Hybrid. I got 500 off MSRP and a free extra smart key fob/key/programming.
Mine is configured as follows:
QC Convenience Pkg,
LA Leather,
NV Navigation,
SR Sun Roof,
CF floor mats
WOW, that is a loaded car. Know you will enjoy it. My wife is making me get her one with a moonroof. She has an 06 Prius with every option, anyone interested??

The Tundra is history! We traded it in on a 2007 Camry Hybrid yesterday. The car is super white with the light bisque interior. It's loaded with navigation, leather, moon roof, the works. After shopping two local dealers in Fresno, one in Selma, and one in Los Angeles, Michael Toyota in Fresno was the only dealer that had the car we wanted and would give us a respectable price on the trade in. I'll have a full write-up later after I drive the Camry for a while.

I had a Tundra also but had a Corolla S for 9 months before I got the Hybrid. The Corolla was a very nice car but just wanted a few more luxuries. Wife got Red this time, I guess so we could tell the apart.
Your going to love the Camry!! Especially the MPGs. I wanted the bisque interior but they could not find one and had to take the ash. Let us know how it goes and post photos, congrats on your new ride.

Congrats on the purchasing of the hybrid! May I be a member of the club? I just traded in the 2006 Avalon (which was a great car I might add) for a 2007 loaded Camry Hybrid, magnetic grey with ash interior. Have 1k miles on it as of today and I absolutely love it. I have a much longer commute now at my new job and was just looking for something more economical with most of the same toys that came along with the Avalon. It actually looks like a "mini" Avalon in many ways. In any case, looking forward to discussing our fine new automobiles!
What kind of fuel mileage are you getting in your commute? I have to agree with you on the similarities between the Avalon and the new Camry, which of course is a good thing.
I meant to mention to the ya'll something about the smart key. I wanted it to unlock all the doors when I entered the car. The service dept. thought it took one of their special tools but I found it in the book and is real easy to change. I also took off the door locking when you put it in gear.
Again, Welcome aboard Clay, looking foward to your post!

It's funny you mention the smart key. With the Avalon I could simply touch the rear door trigger to open all doors (since the Avalon had smart key access on all 4 doors) so I would be interested to see where you found in the manual how to change the default setting. Of course I could walk to the passenger side of the car or reach into my pocket and press the fob to unlock the doors but I have to admit I hate even thinking of the idea! I am much too lazy for that!
After having the smart key on the Avalon I would not even consider a car at this point in time which does not have that option. That may sound sad, but it's just a fantastic option in my opinion. When I drive other cars I always sit down forgetting that I actually need a key to crank the engine.
I checked out your white hybrid and I love the body side molding. That will be the 1st accessory for the ride. I still love the look of the car..I don't believe it takes away from the "line" of the vehicle that much, and it must at least offer a little assistance on door dings I would assume?
Funny you should mentioned that about the smart key. I feel the same way. My wife had an 06 Prius that had the smart key and my vehicle didn't. Kept me confused. Now I have the smart key and her XLE doesn't, she is missing it.
On the door locks, it's in the book under the smart key section. I'm not in my car today but I remember is was easy to change and I definitely like it better this way.
I must have molding on the side panels, It never fails some idiot it going to bag your doors. I bought the molding and put it on myself as well as the pin stripe. It was easy but you have to measure from the ground up on the molding and not use any of the vehicle seams because they are not level.
I was surprised it didn't come with it. I also always add mud flaps.
This past weekend I had reached 1,054 miles so I decided to go ahead and change the oil to Mobile1 0w-20w. That is some real light oil and what they recommend. I noticed that is also what my wife's car recommends. I have had problems finding it but Wal-Mart usually has some.
I also am still very pleased with this car.
Enjoy your weekend
Bob

Just took possession of an 07 TCH yesterday.... so much to read in the books...
It's fully loaded with leather & Navigation.
I stopped in on July 20th at my local Toy dealer & told the salesman what I wanted & he said he would "do a trade" as their TCH's were all spoken for... Sure enough a week ago he called & said a loaded Barcelona Red TCH with Remote Start was available... it wasn't my first choice of color, but it's certainly grown on me & looks real nice...
I paid $300 under sticker cuz I told him I didn't really want the Remote start, but being in the snowbelt in WNY I figured my wife would appreciate it in the winter.
She drove to work this morning- 30 miles of Thruway driving & she averaged 41.5 MPG!!
It's a real quiet car & seems to be of quality build throughout.
Gotta install the Body Side Molding & Rubber floor mats that I purchased on ebay...
She already made the comment that she's become a safer driver now, instead of trying to get from point A to point B in the fastest time possible!!
