07 Camry Hybrid-Dual Power Seats??-or not - Toyota Tundra Forums : Tundra Solutions Forum

Has anyone else noticed the Hybrid Camry brochure states dual front power seats along with the XLE. When I got my hybrid the passenger seat is not power,

just got my wife's XLE and it does have power passenger seat.

Did any hybrid owners get their car with the passenger power seat???

Please excuse my dumbness, I did not read the brochure correctly.

The hybrid is not suppose to have the dual front power seats.

The leather package includes the Power Passenger seat among other things.

That's right!! I knew I saw it somewhere. Has anyone got a Hybrid with leather with dual front power seats or is the passenger seat non-power??

I asked my salesman about that and he said they always get you with that statement on the bottom of the page that basically says subject to change or some crap like that.

Mine hybrid has leather and a power passenger seat. The only difference between the passenger seat and the driver (that I can tell) is the passenger doesn't have lumbar support.

My TCH came with passenger power seats but they only go forward / backward and tilt. No lumbar OR height adjustment

After looking again, rplauffer is right. Only power forward, back and recline.

Be sure to order the leather package, not just leather. leather faced seats with liquicell will not have dual power or coincidentally heated seats, as I found out the hard way because my dealer is a frickin idiot.

Been and got in the same situation. Funny how we had to pay the same as the factory leather and did not get the other power seat.

whats better was that I ordered comfort and convience package which mandates the leather package, but I didn't get the illuminated vanity mirrors or heated seats. So the dealer is refunding me the amount of the c&c package, but yeah I'm not happy about it and I need to talk to someone higher than my dealership.

Oh my story gets better too.... I ordered the car with sunroof and navi..it came with only navi... so the salesman says we can do it here it looks the same as if it came from the factory, i ask again if it looks exactly like factory...yes... I get the work done... and lo and behold it looks nothing like factory! it has aftermarket buttons that dont match and the headliner material looks like the felt from a childrens toy. its awful... but the customer serivice manager is going to try to take care of it as they gave me a due bill on it when took delivery, but if it doesnt look right after they fix it I'll need to know what my recourse is.

Sounds liked you got screwed all around!!!

Yes, ours has power passenger seats. Came with the leather package.

This is my first post. I have a hybrid on order and checked with the dealer today. If you order the leather package, then it will come with power passenger seat. Some good postings and I am learning a lot. Thanks.

Can anyone verify how long it took to get their car after they placed an order?

Welcome aboard and glad to have ya!!!!

Make sure they get you true factory leather because some are being added at the port. If done at the port you don't get the power passenger seat.

Of course if you ordered yours from the factory then you should be all factory stuff.

Mine came from Japan and leather was added at the port.

Thanks. I ordered my TCH with the leather package (LA), so it should be installed at the factory. Thanks for the information.

Any timing information as to how long it takes to get the car from overseas and to a dealer in the northeast?
