Ever notice....?

Have you noticed that no one can hear the TCH running outside the car? That seems all well and good, until you get behind someone walking slowly through a parking lot in the middle of the aisle, who is completely oblivious to your presence because the car is so silent. What do you do? It seems really rude to honk at them.... This happens to me EVERY DAY. It's really annoying after awhile!
