Dead 99' Solara

Wife was driving down hwy. & according to her car just died. I was following behind her & didnt see any smoke liquid coming from car. When I approached the car I noticed a small stream of water that was no more than 30 yds behind the car. I turned the key on and the temp. read normal. When I popped the hood all hoses were intact but I could see water dripping on passenger side of motor. Antifreeze in reservoir. Tried to restart and all it does is roll over, no ignition. The car has 85,000mi. Could i be dealing with a timing belt/water pump issue?

Have you have your engine checked for sludge or a leaking headgasket?

sounds like your water pump locked up and took out the timing belt... very common on 99 model year,
