Its been perfect weather for enjoying my Solara convertable. Actually any rag top - even a model T Ford. So if you are a rag top owner be sure to get out there & use your car & let that sun shine in! Coal Miner in Central New Jersey.

you have to wait until late evening here to let the top down as its been in excess of 100 degrees with 15-25mph wind here the last week or so with no end in sight.

Late even or late night is always a good time to do some open air cruising. But you didn't say what state or country you are in with 100 degree temperatures & 25 mph winds-HUH? Coal Miner in Central New Jersey.

TEXAS, it figures! I once tried driving across Texas on a lark type trip & forget it. I gave up after about 7 hundred miles. At that time I was driving a 94 Le Baron Chrysler convertable! Gas was cheap back then. O'well, I won't be driving that again. But I did enjoy the open spaces & roads. Coal miner in Jersey. O'yeah, I couldn't believe they still have "DRY" counties in Texas!

Here on the central coast in CA it's top-down weather 24/7 for me between April-Nov at least!

Only time the top goes up is for extended outdoor parking at work or when I have to wash the car (top is always clean - LOL!)
