Unless you keep the top down and have no heater. No, you will not be cold or get leaks or anything.

The car is exceptionally warm in the winter. The top is 3 layers thick, heated exterior mirrors, heated seats and warms up fairly quick. Stock tires are pathetic and have terrible snow traction.

My 08 SLE Solara has traction and stability control which should make it somewhat good in snow. Tires are Michelin MXV4 S8 energy.
What tires are on your 07 and how many miles do you have on them?
