Just had the Nav system from OEMVALUE installed at Best Buy in my 2007 Solara SLE Conv. The voice commands, voice guidance and bluetooth do not work. Any suggestions?

Ouch! Sorry if this response addresses all the obvious, but did you contact the manufacturer/reseller yet? I assume since you got it from OEMVALUE that it was the OEM Toyota Nav System, correct? Perhaps BB goofed on install?

No worries. Yes, it's the oem toyota system. I did contact OEMVALUE. They sent a pair of wires and a connector. BB wouldn't touch it again. I am at a loss.

Whats the Model #? Is your phone on the compatible phone list? not all of them work
Make sure the VOICE GUIDANCE VOLUME IS ON.
Not all the TOYOTA systems have Bluetooth and voice commands. I disapprove of OEM value, they have treated alot of TS members poorly. (myself included)!
Can you take a picture of the wires and connector? What did they tell you they were for? Where is the MIC?
Most stock MIC's are located in the area where the inner rear view mirror is.
Do your steering wheel controls work?
Wish you were closer, this would be fun to play with.
