Question '04 Solara drift to the left....

Anyone have the "drift to the left" syndrome with their Solara?

(I had mine in to dealer 5 times... they tried everything and got it "minimally" better. It improved DRAMATICALLY when I finally got new tires at thirty-some thousand miles, but it still has a very faint tendancy to the left...)

NOTE: Stock tires were TOYO's. Now I am running 225/55/17 Bridgestone Potenza RE94 (or 92?) 's on it. (I think! )

I know there's a TSB on that exact issue! They should have taken care of that for you already at the dealership!

If they haven't yet, go check out the TSB section here on the site and print it out to take with you on your next visit.

Yeah, I knew about the TSB early on and they did it like twice! Everything to rotating the springs and tires and aligning.... etc...

I finally got tired of trying to convince them that it was still doing it. It WAS subtle to the "untrained" driver, but after thousand of miles on all kinds of roads, it really bugged me.

Ultimately, I was too busy to mess with it since they HAD improved it a little, and when I put different rubber on, it nearly went away. (nearly)
