Have you seen this? I know it doesnt have anything to do with MUSHY shifting, but it does modify the ECU driving pattern.
Think it might help? There are alot of things in these TSB they dont tells us about, like exactly what they do, they only outline things.

Yeah - that came out awhile ago.

It only affects leaving the car in 3rd for an extended period of time and it will automatically shift up to 4th if the RPMs persists for several minutes. Its also only activated if you slip it into Sport Shift mode from D and it goes directly into 3rd. Doesn't affect if you shift up/down manually though.

I ended up getting a custom tune and computer programmed through Split Second - they've made compensations for the CP-e intake and JP Performance Headers/Y-pipe as well... much snappier performance -probably the best I can expect from this slush-box tranny we're stuck with.
