Default present for mom

I am new here, I have a Tundra (which I love) with a few small mods. My mom recently got a new Solara so I want to do something for her as a present. What mod would you guys suggest for a $250 budget? Something she can see as oppposed to something under the hood. Thanks

Which model Solara does your Mom have?

Not much available for the newer ones (2004+) but the few items that are available are performance-related... at least in that price range.

Other than wheels/tires or sound system, about the only thing that's not really a "mod" would be maybe some mud guards or floor mats or sill protectors.

Check out the "sticky" thread in the Camry-Solara section that lists all the after-market mods that are available for the Gen 2 Solara.

I am putting my Tundra in the shop next week for a remote start, good call. I haven't actually seen her car yet. I just know its a convertible with the "sport" package according to my old man.............like he says: "you know with the seventeen inch wheels and all".........

Unless she wants to really start modding, there's very little you can add to the SE convertible. Everything else is gonna cost some big bux I'm afraid, so I'd stick with things that would make her happy, like a gift cert for detailing, car wash coupons, etc...
