Crankshaft/Rod gone?

Hi there,

I got this Camry 2.2 that did not start at all, so I open the head cover and it was obvious that the previous owner did not know car maintance at all, so the cylinder head went to the shop, everything back in place it start without a problem, so took it for a ride before going to the wife when after a mile it stops, start again and I heard a knocking or metallic noise, so the question is: that's it, new rod and crankshaft in the horizon for this beauty?

Whant do you guys think?
