Newbie Intro. and Questions on 02' Camry
Dear Members,
I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. I am very glad to find this forum. I have been driven Toyotas for many years now. My first car was a 83' Supra non-turbo. It was a great car. Then 4Runners, T100, so far, no problem at all except routine maintenance. The thing like about changing oil on these car is that they all use the same oil filter.
I am looking at an 02 Camry for my wife, i wonder about the oil sludge problem of this particular engine. How often do you expected to get this problem? Is it a result of using heavier oil?
I have found an 03 Tundra with 56K miles listed for $15K. Is it a good price?.
