1997 Camry Carpet Replacement

About 2 years ago the heater core on our '97 Camry went bad - water/coolant was dumped all inside and we have tried several times to clean up the mess....even after letting it dry and having it professionally cleaned the stains continue to seep through...we thought we had it cured shortly after it happened but I had to go overseas and we just never got around to having it fixed....well, now I'm back and we haven't been able to get it right.

So, finally, I figure the only thing to do is to tear out the carpet, really clean the floor, and get it fixed...I was thinking about doing it myself, and was wondering what type of other materials will I need besides the carpet itself? I found an aftermarket carpet for around $130...is that a good price? What about lining? sound insulation, etc?
