try making it go into "clear flood mode" by holding down the gas pedal all the way to the floor while cranking. You may have a leaking injector or something of the sort causing to much fuel in the cylinders, this ecm recognizes foot to the floor while cranking as clear flood mode and eliminates fuel.

It sounds to me like your injecters are losing pressure. Try running some injecter cleaner thru your gas tank. If this doesn't work check to see if one of the injecters is staying open and dropping the pressure in your fuel system.
