How to Remove Plastic clip on rear bumper Camry LE 2004 ?

I made progress of removing bumper screws but got stuck on portion where I have cover (mud guard?) on wheel which has 3 plastic

like clip inserted in.. I was able to push one off easily by pressing from other side but other two are inside where I can hardly get anything inside. So how can I remove those two plastic screw like clips so I can take off last RH and LH screw?
