How to remove Map light cover and doorl light cover

I am referring to the Camry 2007...

I'm having a hard time so can someone pls give some tips on how to remove that cover?? Thanks!

I had removed all the interior light covers in my 07 Camry LE last week to put in some LEDs. I used a butter knife, just slide it between the plastic and the light cover and pry it out. The door lights literally popped out when i pryed, the map lights took a bit more work, just pry a bit at a few different spots.

Haha.. i tried using my nail clipper filer to pry out the map light.. it popped out... it was easy.. but i tried on the doors.. still unable to remove...

so did you pry it from the top or bottom?

Did you start working on the external ones yet??? like the backup light and the license light?
