Default Camry SE V6 exhaust

I was wanting to upgrade my exhaust on my v6 camry. Not so much for performance because I think the performance is great. I am just not happy with the sound. I would love a much more throatie sound. I don't want the tuner sound but a more "american muscle car" sound if you know what I mean. More bark.

I would prefer not to effect gas mileage because I am getting low of 26.5 and high of 31.2 with a pretty consistent 28.5 mpg.

Thanks for any and all inputs.

The SE V6 is a favorite of mine....It's hit or miss with aftermarket stuff. I.E.Tuner crowd parts...

Check and see if TRD.com ( Toyota Racing Developement) has anything yet for your 2007.

Remember, if yu use free'er flowing exhaust which will change the Tone yu stand a good chance of altering the power band and yu will alter fuel economy as the torque of the engine will max out in a different rpm range.

I like quiet anyway. And Toyota prides itself with this comfort feature.

I would leave it alone. The chrome dual exhaust tips out the rear bumper tells it all for me.

The TRD exhaust is coming soon. Hopefully Oct or Nov.

I got the Borla all stainless steel high performance exhaust a few months ago.
I love it, and it's a good all around compromise as far as sound.
A little more throatier, but you don't don't sound like somebody roaring around in a "riceburner".
It does come alive above 80mph or when you nail it, but nothing too obnoxious.
You also get a little bit of a power increase.

Use the part # in my signature.
They're only available from Toyota dealers in the South East U.S..
I had mine shipped to me to my door for about $723 total price.

It's also as easy as falling off a log to put on.
Takes about an hour, and you don't need a lift.
