2001 camry 2.2L intake help

hey everyone

i have a 2001 Camry 2.2L LE w/ an aftermarket intake; i didnt pass emissions so i reinstalled the stock intake; however i am missing a piece that seems important. underneath the intake hose there is like a box that has two hoses go to something that sits on top of it; i was going to get an Injen intake and i was looking at the instructions and i seem to be missing the vacuum switching valve. go to page 2 and look @ figure 6; that is the part i need. any ideas where i can get it from?
