Default Noise under car when wet (99 Camry)
Whenever it rains really hard I get a loud sound out of the exhaust like water got in somewhere and it blowing it out ..

Plus their is a nocking noise under the drivers seat/shift column

When it's dry there is no problem.

Anyone run into this ??

Not deep it's like water is splashing in somehow into something in the exhaust.

I've seen others on this link who have had the same problem
