Default 07 SE V6 Headliner Noises

Going out on a limb here, but am stumped. Looking for anyone that's had a similar issue. I get an interior rattle that sounds like it's between the sunroof and the passenger door pillar. There's no pattern to when it happens although it seems to be more prevalent when it's 30-50 degrees out and i'm going 25-50 mph. At first, I thought it was a door that wasn't shut all the way - it sounded like solid metal moving when I went over bumps. The only thing I can think of is the sunroof frame, but you can't really see much that could be loose without some major removals. All the doors and windows are acting fine, no leaks or anything. When I took it to the dealer it was down around 15 degrees and of course, I couldn't get it to happen. Just wondering if anyone's heard anything coming from right around the passenger head area.

I have a rattle in the dash sometimes. On the Scion tC, they had a similar problem. It was plastic ribbing in between the headliner and roof to help the headliner keep its shape. The fix was to remove or put some sort of really sticky and thick tape between the plastic and the metal roof.

Plus, when it's that cold, cars almost always tend to have little squeaks or rattles here or there. It's funny because on a good warm day, my '87 fx16 is surprisingly quiet inside, the build quality is amazing. But this time of year, plastic parts contract and don't fit together as well and therefore wiggle alittle more. The cold really does make cars alot less charming haha
