I also have an 07 but am still about 30K from needing to replace tires but when I do I will go with Michelin Energy MVX4s. I ran them on my 1999 and 2002 Camrys with no issues and great tread wear in excess of 50K
I got rid of the Michelin OEM since the car had some body roll. I replaced them with some Bridgestone Potenza G009's. Made a big difference in the handling, braking and overall traction. Maybe a bit pricey in some areas but I found them well worth it. My other option would be to look into some Coopers (they have always treated me right)

I took the michelins off of my 2008 Camry because they are terrible in snow or in the rain.I replaced then with goodyear assurance triple treads which also make the care handle much better.
Everyone's taste is different. I consider the Michelin Energy MVX4s the best tire out there for a luxury smooth, calm, quiet, vibration free ride, plus superb fuel economy because they have such low rolling resistance.
Based on nothing specific to my 07 Camry...but from previous purchases...I would agree that those are GREAT (all-around) tires.
FYI...the other day I was in Sam's Club pricing tires and the tire-dude told me that the manufacturer pulled all of their stock that was produced between some unspecified dates and has yet to replace them.
He said that he had 8 in stock from a previous manufacture date however...
Now I'm not certain if this guy was trying to BS me or not but I've called two other local tire shops and they said that they none in stock...but was expecting some soon.
Interesting huh?
