..
theshot;

I was a line mechanic many years ago but not thoroughly up with this modern junk.
... As these cars get older the quality of parts and materials deteriorate. I read several pages of the problems in your link. Most of these problems have happened when the brakes are applied. Many things happen when you come to a stop with the brakes applied including weakening of the vacuum supply, RPM and an increased load on the alternator. Sounds dumb don’t it?... Butt, Weaken the vacuum supply with the vacuum boosted power brakes and possibly having rotted/leaky vacuum lines might cause the sensors to change the fuel air ratio.
... Running some fuel treatments to reduce carbon deposits through out the engine should be a big factor in keeping plugs and sensors clean.
I called these computerized cars junk… My 1976 Wagoneer 401 V-8 TH-400 transmission still shifts perfectly and better than the new computerized ones including our new ’08 Camry.

Have a good one.. Don S..
Certain ethnic groups in the Middle East have many less retards than the USA. They blow them up! Here in the US we allow them to be Senators…
Now the whole world is going to hate America for burning food in our trucks. Can you spell Corn Ethanol?
