Default power window crisis

Need help bad. I live in an islands were auto shops always make u buys parts and stuff whether needed or not. So please advise.
My wife came home last night and tried to roll up the power window...It FELL!!! I ready removed door panel and took out the glass window. I noticed that the plastic clips???...looked like in need of replacement and the 10mm bolts were worn. I couldn't unscrew the bolts, so i cut em off. No wmy question is, is there special screws and washers for attaching back the window or just regular bolts??? Please help.
