2004 Camry: HOW to replace rear speakers??

has anyone done their own rear speaker upgrade in an 04 camry? mine is SE if it matters...
The 6x9 speakers in the rear deck: the grill/cover appears to be clamped on somehow... i can't see how to remove. can anyone help?

the speakers themselves are dropped in from the top, but the screw heads are topside also and the cover must be removed - I was told by a Service Writer that you must remove the deck but I still am not seeing how you get at the speaker covers.... HELP!
