2000 Camry with following trouble codes: P0401, P0440, and P0442

Hi everyone, I'm new here and had three codes spring up on me. The codes were an intermittent issue up until this past weekend. I never paid attention to them (thought it may just be an 02 sensor). I have done a little research thus far, but was wondering if all three codes may be triggered by the same problem. From what I have gathered;
P0401 means EGR Flow insufficient detected and
P0440 means EVAP control system malfunction detected and
P0442 means EVAP control system leak detected.
Am I just really unlucky, or could one problem trigger all three? For example, can a lack of vacuum trigger all three (VSV or dirty/faulty hose)? I see the direct relation between P0440 and P0442, but I am wondering if this also implies two separate issues? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Car is a 2000 Camary 2.2L.
