Default Lower control arm bushings worn

My 1999 Camry LE (105000 miles) has some rattle in the front. I had the struts replaced (they really needed it) but the noise is still there. After checking it out my repair shop found that the lower control arm bushings are worn and suggests replacing the control arms for an estimate of abt. $350 each. Is there any way just to replace the bushings and not the whole arm to save some money?
