Default change air filter for 04 Camry

I tried to change engine air filter, and found the 2 bolts on the housing are very tight, any suggestion on loosing the bolt? Also I tried the 3/8 socket, not quite match the bolt, the bolt can be fit with a 10mm wrench, it is a suprise to me, but there is no work room for a small wrench. I wonder if I did this in the right way? Anyone has experience in doing this?

Amazing.

#1 Use the right size wrench. If a wrench doesn't have clearance, use a 10mm socket with an extension.

#2 Turn it counterclockwise (viewed from above) and use a little muscle.

#3 When reinstalling the bolts, s/b only torqued to 4 ft lbs.
