Default Belt tensioner?

I have a 2000 Camry and when I start it cold I hear a loud rumbling noise in the right side engine compartment. Once the motor has warmed up it goes away. The car has 120,000 miles and no problems yet. It doesn't sound like an engine knock or tap. I thought i heard a problem common to that year was a belt tensioner. I have not replaced the timing belt either. Anyone had this problem? Any help is appreciated!
