Default 96 Camry RPM's ramping up and down
My son's 96 4 cylinder Camry started having trouble with the RPM's ramping up and down while stopped at a stop sign. RPM's will go as high a 4k and then down to almost where the engine will stall. Check Engine light has come on also.
Anyone have any ideas on what could be wrong?
