Camry 2007 here, nice meeting you. After flushing injectors Check engine light came on. The guy said it will be gone in 100-200kms, should I beleive or can something be damaged this way/ The flush was done by pouring some liquid intot he gas tank and by injecting directly into the system (a tube was disconnected, and the detergent injected). This is when the light came on. Should I just wait, or should sue the repair shop for pain and suffering and ask 100000000000000000$ in compensation? The car otherwise runs well, no problems.

thanks,
The mechanic is an idiot.
Disconnect the battery for a minute and reconnect to reset the error code or use a code reader to read the code and then use to delete it. It would be some interest for you to know what code was set by the clowns.
