Default DIY Complete Audio Revamp Help

Hey guys,
I'm doing a DIY speaker setup, from a completely stock setup to hopefully something that'll sound better. I just have a few questions on what i'm supposed to do. I’m sure yall have seen/hear/and responded some of these questions before. But I do have some specifics that I need help with. Here’s the setup: 2005 Camry LE with stock stereo and everything stock.
I have basically all of it except for baffles for front door speakers, and speaker/amp wiring kits.
How do I get power to the 2 maybe 3 amps I will have in the trunk? Do I use a 1 farad cap and like a distro block off of that? Or do I just use a straight distro block to connect everything to? I’ll have to fuse each lead off of whatever I use, right? Or do I run 3 separate runs of power cable to my battery? What size power cable will suffice for the lead off the engine or the Cap. Pioneer 760 watt; 4 ga? Punch 100.1 watt, 8ga? Also, Are there any specific wireing kits that you like? I really wanna run 0 ga, just to be sure, but maybe I don't have to go that big. And it matters how i'm going to get power to 2, maybe 3 amps. here is 1 kit that was recommended to me:

Absolute KIT-4 (abs-kit4) 4 Gauge Amplifier Wiring Kits Amplifier Installation Car Accessories and Installation Car Audio and Video - Sonic Electronix
Let me know what you think, or any other under $50 buck decent kits.

Also, what box would be best for my 2 10s? If you know the camry, the trunk is HUGE, so I am thinking that the sealed box that I have them in right now is sorta going to waste, but since they’ll be in the trunk, I figure a ported box might be better, what do you think?
I was wondering if my Pioneer GM-5000t 760watt amp will be big enough to push my 2 pioneer 400 watt/800 watt max DVC subs? I think it only allows for 197 watts x2 at 2ohms. Is that Enough? Does that mean it'd sound TONS better with a amp that was pushing a full 400 watt per sub? Here's a link to my amp.

Pioneer GM5000T

How big should my speaker cable be from the amp to the speaker? Like 16 ga? Should it be bigger when going to my subs? I’ll have my amp in my trunk, so running it to the front doors will be like 8-10 feet.

I am running into a HUGE problem getting power through my firewall, there is a guy i'm working with and he said he'd do it for like 25 bucks. I hate going to guys that just do what works though, and not properly or with the best interest of car/ car owner in mind.

Anyways, most of my stuff will be here in 4-5 days, so I wanna be ready to go when it gets here. Thanks in Advance for any help you can give me!
