Default Tire noise in 2007 camry

Hello,
I got a 2007 camry with 33000 mile and I hear this really loud noise when I speed up perticularly on rough surfaces. They told me the rear tires need to be changed and the noise is because of some cups in the rear tires.I changed the rear tires and did the alignment. Some of the noise went away, but it's still pretty loud.Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be?
