Rusty spots on body on 07 Camry I4 XLE

Hello Guys, looked throughout the site and could not find a thread about this issue
i cleaned my car today and after it dried up i looked around my paint and found some concerning spots on body. they are somewhat tiny but rooted in paint, they are rusting spots, i thought i would happen if i had breach my paint by hitting someting or scratched it but no, those spots are right behing the front wheel and spread accross under my car's body molding.
i was wondering if you guys think Toyota will do something about it since the warranty cover body rusting for up to 60K.

Only way for sure is to get Toyota opinion on it. My personal opinion, is you will have Slim to None on Toyota repairing surface rust.

The spots are "rail dust" tiny metal flakes that get on the paint during train transport. DON'T try to wax or buff out the particles this will push them in the paint. There is a special cleaner to remove them. Toyota has a TSB on this.
