1996 Camry LE 4 cylinder Blowing Fuse

I have a 1996 Camry which keeps blowing a 10 amp fuse. The fuse also controls the speedometer as well as the power windows. I had it checked out and they said it was the AC blower motor. I guess it could be burnt out but it worked fine a few days ago. Has anybody else heard of or had this problem. Thanks
