New window regulator problem

I just installed a new window regulator (purchased on ebay) for my 1992 Camry. The installation went rather smoothly, however when I raise the window, torque from the new motor seems to jerk window off track (back edge). I have made certain that the window is seated well in its tracks when down. After initially getting the back edge of the window back in the track it goes up and down without problem. Any suggestions?
