Default Oil viscosity ?

Just bought a 2006 Camry with the 4 cylinder engine. Owners manual leans toward 5W-30 oil. I have been using 10W-30 in my Tundra for 6 years. Is it safe to assume that I can use 10W-30 also in the 4 cylinder Camry? I live in southeast Louisiana and the winter temps rarely get below freezing. Thanks, CM-

I use Schaeffer's 10w30 for winter.
I'm a thicker is betterer when it comes to oil.

10W-30 should do fine in your climate.
