door panel removal

Hello everyone, brand new to forum. I have a 97 Camry le 4-cyl. The passenger door cannot be opened from the outside. I pulled all the screws I can find on the inside door panel. The plastic "cup" or recessed area where the inside door handle and the door lock is located will not come loose. I'm sure if I could get the panel off I could see what's wrong with the outside door handle linkage. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I assume the front door, heres a pic.

Thanks! yes it is the front and the picture you posted looks correct. The area at the inside door handle still feels like it has a fastener holding it in place.

Take a SMALL flat blade screw driver and gently lift up at the red arrows indicated after removing the screw.

The plasitic should just pop right out.

Are these instructions accurate for 94 Camry door panel removal. I have a passenger side door that the handle won't operate from inside.
