2003 Camry check engine light code:

Hi, I just got a scan tool and hook it up today.
I found out i have error p0031 ho2s heater control circuit low (bank 1 Sensor 1)
Does anyone know where i can find this sensor on a 2003 Camry le.

Also i should let you guys know its a flood vehicle and theres some water in the muffler that i gotta vaccumm out.

ANyone know how much these sensors are and how would i know if i need to replace or is it gone since the light came on.

Any tips or suggestion would be aprecciated.
