I assume you mean the air filter for the cabin if so equipped. You really can't clean it except for any dust or debris on the face of it. If there's activated charcoal in it for odor absorption that's a one time use material and non-salvageable unless you want to invest $10,000 to recover the charcoal. Your dealer should carry a replacement and I wouldn't think it's terribly expensive.

If a combo of all these whizz bangs met their claims you'd have to syphon gas out of your tank every second day and sell the excess horsepower on the third????
