03 Camry A/C light blinking

My cousins just came in from Seattle to Helena, MT. The A/C light on the car started blinking and the A/C quit working....ie no cool air. 60,000 approx miles and very well taken care of. All services have been done on time. Any ideas what to look for? Just happened on the Interstate driving along. Didn't hit anything or nothing like that. Of coursw the dealership can't look at it.

My brother in law had same problem in his camry 2003 last week and it was indeed the magnetic clucht relay. He bought a replacement relay at local PEPCO autopart for $14 and new cabin air filter then problem solved. Thanks for your inputs.
