Camry 99 P1135 check engine

Hello This is my first time using this forum. I know the P1135 check Eng. is an A/F sensor heater malfuction, which I got from my autoscanner. I also got before that P0125 then a P1130 error. My question is should I just go buy the sensor at Toyota. Or can I get an after market sensor. The price difference is significant. And how hard is it to put in.
