Default 2007 Camry LE reprogram keyless entry

I recently purchased an 07' Camry LE and would like to reprogram the keyless entry to unlock all of the doors with just 1 push of the button instead of 2. Also, I understand there is a way to stop the "ding" noise when the seatbelts are not being used.
Thanks in advance for any help in this matter.

Go to the dealer and have these "customizable parameters" programmed in.

Might as well look and see if you want any others changed at the same time.

I bought the same model, 2007 Camry LE, with 6 cylinders. I didn't like the fact that when I unlocked the car remotely (keyless entry), the horn would honk. That drove me insane. I took it back to the dealer so they reprogrammed it to silent and flashing lights. Then, I asked if they could reprogram so that when I unlock it, I would not have to press twice to get all the doors unlock instead of just the driver's door. The service representative at Lee's Toyota told me that that could not be done because he "knows so".
