I wouldn't consider Ford junk for anything. I just bought the wife an 07 Sub Legacy. I spent a fair amount of time researching between the Camry, Accord and Legacy. The Legacy looks has some great styling outside and looks similar to the newer Beamers. Other than the gas mileage sucking, the options and AWD can't be beat for the price. Fusion isn't even in the same class as the three above.

- Accord - This is a good car, period. The issue is that half of America owns it and the body styling is very drab to say the least. The quality you cannot question but the big one is the "real" mileage cannot touch a Camry.

- Camry - I am biased because I own a 2007. I looked at a 2007 Accord EX but it was $3k more than my Camry and the styling was "blah" - When I spoke to Accord owners, their major complaint was the mileage was very low, around 17mpg in town and 23 highway (3 cylinder option)

So bottom line is simple, it personal preference and between the Accord and Camry. Do not even try to compare the quality of these two models to the Fusion because the Fusion is junk (Ford).

Well said.

I don't believe anything Ford says! I had a 1995 Avalon that I bought new and drove it for 10 years and 200,000 miles. When Ford came out with the Mercury Montego in 2005 I thought it looked good and drove good so I bought one with every option. It was a complete peice of junk. The dealership I bought it at tried and tried to get it right but as soon as one thing was fixed something else came up. I tried talking to Ford's customer's (dis) service and they are completely useless. Instead of listening to my complaints the non english speaking person kept reading a prewritten statement over and over until I told him I would change the Montego into a Toyota. The next day, I took a beating, but traded it on a 2007 Camry XLE.
As I promised Ford Motor company I will NEVER own another Ford product as long as I live.

My husband had a very bad experience in a Ford last summer and uses the acronym, F-found, O-on, R-road, D-dead.
