Is your truck imported from the U.S.
I noticed Collingwood Toyota had a lot of American trucks on their lot.

I think I did. Thing is, it's a SR5 but when I went to look at it, I noticed it had a lot more options in it then an SR5 is supposed to be able to get. That's when I found out you get a lot more option packages in the US (which sucks). I figure if you could buy it in Canada new it would be around the $48-$49,000+tax mark.
Ottawa here! Just purchased my '99 rust free Tacoma from a dealer in Montreal, he imports them from the US and has mostly Toyota's. He said he doesn't like his trucks to sit on the lot and that's why he has Toyota's...smart man!
...Love my 3'rd Toyota 4x4
I just imported my 2007 5.7L 4X4 DC TRD Tundra in Silver Sky Metallic. I love the way this truck looks and the way it drives. I have no particular reason for buying this truck except it looks kick*ss, and maybe we will get a trailer to do some camping next summer.
Anybody in Calgary know of a cheap way to get the DRL installed? I need it done by the end of Oct 8, 2008.

Hey Tim, nice to see another Ottawa Toyota owner on here!
I'm noticing an increase in toyotas over the past few months! My old boss just snagged a silver Taco, and i've been seeing more and more new tundras around!
If you see an 08 bright red Double Cab 4.7 SR5 tundra with the TRD package, give a little honk, that'd be me! Only one in the city!
I used to own a 2000 Tundra SR5 4x4 but I sold it a couple years back as I didn't need such a big truck any more but I do miss it sooooooo much Now I'm back in a Taco, it's more what I need right now and I love driving it ...see you around!
...And to eyedoc1, I installed a DRL relay from Canadian Tire or at any auto part store for about $40. It's easy to install and I also have it on my 2000 Solara convert. that I brought over from Texas last year. Good luck, Tim
