Thai may have some regrets.

Default Debadging legal? In Canada?

Just curious if it's legal in Canada. Ontario specifically. I'd imagine the cops would want the vehicle to be identifiable right?

Wouldn't the police be able to tell what your make/model/year vehicle is by your license plate number? Is there a Canadian version of the US Department of Transportation? They may have the regulations there.

Ontario vehicles are identified by Tag # and Serial #, same as everywhere else.

1 1/2 years debadged - I'm not in jail yet!

I'm not getting paid by Toyota to advertise their product - when they lower the cost of the truck to account for the free advert I'll consider leaving them on.

I've stripped every vehicle I've ever owned.

People commonly mistake my V8 Tundra for a Tacoma V6. I rarely bother correcting them, they figure it out eventually whilst riding along BEHIND me!

Oh - and it does look better ;-)

Default just de-badged my '05 AC

in Ottawa, ON

it was about 10C, no hair dryer, no problem with doubled up 12lb test
fishing line & thumb.

nice and stealthy now

licence plate should work fine for ID

wife wasn't impressed till I told her about the .0001 mileage improvement due to weight reduction and improved aerodynamics.
