Unhappy Mobil1 Gear Oil

Well I've searched high & low but I can't find Mobil 1 75W90 anywhere.
Where can I find it?

I'd think you'd be able to find that at just about any walmart or kmart. Probably even target if you've got one of those around. In addition to any of the chain auto places.

It's actually pretty common.

Unhappy I must be blind

I've been to walmart & they only have Castrol Syntec. I've been to every major auto part supplier around. We don't have Target unfortunately (I like them). I never tried Kmart, which I think is called Zellers here. I guess I'll have to keep trying.
I can find Quaker State, Valvoline & Castrol, but Mobil 1......NOT!!

I'm shocked that it's that hard to find.

Here is the Canadian Mobil 1 website:

http://www.mobil1.ca/Canada-English/...S_L_Mobil1.asp

Perhaps you can contact them directly and find some retail sources.

Good Luck!

Brad

Thumbs down This is really something

I've been to every auto shop around this area today. I can tell you what everyone of them have for oil. Everyone of them have all the brands but Mobil 1.
My sister & brother-in-law are on there way home from Florida next week (snowbirds) and I'm going to ask them if they'll bring me home 4 quarts. What a hassle!!! I'm going to call Esso tomorrow & find out what gives with this. Maybe they think we all have dog sleds and don't drive trucks
I'll let you know what I find out, just for the heck of it.
Thanks for the link Brad Thats a big help.

Default Toronto

Well I finally called Mobil and the answer I got was Toronto is the only place to get it I'm going to the dealer & buy there stuff. I really don't need to drive all the way there for oil. Especially with gas the price it is

Terry,
What brands of synthetic gear oil are available? There are other excellent brands besides Mobil 1.

You can get any Mobil product you need right across the border in NY - take the 190 at Queenston, get off at Porter/Packard.

Military Rd area has: Wal Mart, NAPA, Autozone, Cart Quest, Advance - you get the idea.

Buy gas anywhere and save approx. 15 cents per liter. Covers the cost of the trip plus some! Save a bundle on gas by buying reserve gas on Rte 31 East.

Oh - everything is in quarts - the measure that MY tundra was built to - makes service easier (no advanced math to get quantities correct)!

P

EDIT - how much do you need? I've got Mobil1 75 90 at home right now . . .?
