Exclamation Canadian TAXES

Can someone help me?

My common-law wife and I bought a house last October. We didn't use RRSPs or anything for a down payment.

So now to do our taxes, is there anything we can claim that you know of? Can I claim interests, lawyer costs, land transfer taxes, property taxes.... etc... anything? And how?

I usually do it online at HRBLock.ca but they don't give me very many options for this.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

I know you can claim moving expenses " If you moved to go to work or school, you may be able to claim your moving expenses."

http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/tax/individ...19/menu-e.html

Also "If you buy a new or substantially renovated home from a builder, you may qualify for a rebate of part of the GST or HST you pay on the purchase price."

http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/tax/individ...uy_home-e.html

Anyway, check out those sites because there's a lot of info there.
